DATA SHEET GENERAL PURPOSE CHIP RESISTORS RC0603 (Pb Free) 5%; 1% Product specification – Aug 19, 2004 V.2 Product specification 2 10 RC SERIES 0603 (Pb Free) Chip Resistor Surface Mount SCOPE This specification describes RC0603 series chip resistors with lead-free terminations made by thick film process. ORDERING INFORMATION Part number is identified by the series, size, tolerance, packing type, temperature coefficient, taping reel and resistance value. YAGEO ORDERING CODE YAGEO ORDERING CODE CTC CODE ORDERING EXAMPLE The ordering code of a RC0603 chip resistor, value RC0603 X X X XX XXXX L (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) 56 X with ±1% tolerance, supplied in 7-inch tape reel is: RC0603FR-0756RL. ( ) 1 TOLERANCE NOTE F = ±1% 1. The “L” at the end of the code is only for ordering. On the reel J = ±5% label, the standard CTC will be mentioned an additional stamp ( ) 2 PACKAGING TYPE “LFP”= lead free production. 2. Products with lead in terminations fulfil the same requirements R = Paper/PE taping reel as mentioned in this datasheet. ( ) 3 TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT OF RESISTANCE 3. Products with lead in terminations will be phased out in the coming months (before July 1st, 2006) – = Base on spec ( ) 4 TAPING REEL 07 = 7 inch dia. Reel 10 = 10 inch dia. Reel (not preferred) 13 = 13 inch dia. Reel ( ) 5 RESISTANCE VALUE 5R6, 56R, 560R, 5K6, 56K, 22M. CONSTRUCTION The resistors are constructed out of protective coat a high-grade ceramic body. Internal handbook, 4 columns resistor layer metal electrodes are added at each inner electrode end and connected by a resistive H paste. The composition of the paste end termination is adjusted to give the approximate ceramic substrate MBE940_a I 2 required resistance and laser cutting of this resistive layer that achieves Fig. 4 Chip resistor construction tolerance trims the value. The resistive layer is covered with a protective coat and printed with the resistance value. Finally, the two external terminations (pure Tin) are added. See Fig. 4. What makes Elite.Parts unique?

chervon down
At GID Industrial (Elite.Parts' parent company), we specialize in procuring industrial parts. We know where to find the rare and obsolete equipment that our customers need in order to get back to business. There are other companies who claim to do what we do, but we're confident that our commitment to quality and value is unparalleled in our field.

What kind of warranty will the RC0603FR-07560RL have?

chervon down
Warranties differ by part and by which suppliers we use to procure it for you. Sometimes, a part will be sold as-is and without a warranty. Our specialty, single board computers, tend to receive a one-year warranty.

Which carriers does Elite.Parts work with?

chervon down
Elite.Parts can ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. We have accounts with each of them and generally ship using one of those, but we can also ship using your account if you would prefer. However, we can use other carriers if it will be more convenient for you.
