For dimension see Table 1 Internal metal electrodes are added on each end to make the contacts to marking layer the thick film resistive element. The overcoat composition of the resistive element Primary glass layer is a noble metal imbedded into a resistive layer (Jumper chip is a conductor) glass and covered by a second glass inner electrode to prevent environment influences. H termination(Ni/matte tin) The resistor is laser trimmed to the ceramic substrate I rated resistance value. The resistor 2 is covered with a protective epoxy overcoat coat, finally the two external I 1 terminations (matte tin on Ni- barrier) are added.
