Available in one, two, three or four channel versions, the EXC-1553[c]PCI/MCH provides a complete solution for developing and testing 1553 interfaces and performing system simulation of the MIL-STD-1553 bus. The boards support both standard variations of the MIL-STD-1553 protocol (A/B). Each channel of the EXC-1553[c]PCI/MCH contains 32KB x 16 of dual-port RAM for Data blocks, Control registers, and Look-up tables. All Data blocks and Control registers are memory-mapped and may be accessed in real-time. Each of the independent dual-redundant 1553 channels may be programmed to operate in one of four modes of operation: Bus Controller, Remote Terminal, RT/Concurrent-Bus Monitor, and Bus Monitor. The EXC-1553[c]PCI/MCH comes complete with Windows software, and a C driver software library including source code, and one mating connector.
