The board supports up to 20 ARINC 429 channels in any combination of transmitters and receivers. Each of these channels features error injection and detection capabilities. The receive channels allow for the storage of all selected Labels with status and Time Tag information appended to each word. The receivers allow for filtering and multi-storage modes of Data Words. The transmit channels operate via a transmit ‘instruction stack,’ which allows scheduling of data transmissions and reduces the need for host computer intervention. The DAS-429[cc]PMC/RTxD has up to 15 ARINC 429 channels and eight Discrete channels (four input and four output).
