Incremental Encoder Interface 750-634 1 The I/O module is an interface for the direct connection of any Technical Data 24 V incremental encoders. A 16-bit counter with quadrature Sensor connection A, B, C decoder and a 16-bit latch for the zero pulse can be read, set Sensor operating voltage DC 24 V or activated. The counter status is transferred rapidly and Counter 16 bits binary insusceptible to faults to a PC, a PLC or a CNC via the Cut off frequency 1 MHz fieldbus. Quadrature decoder 4 time evaluation A period measurement with a resolution of 200 ns is possible. Zero pulse latch 16 bit Commands read, set, activate Field and system level are electrical isolated. Supply voltage DC 24 V (-15 % / +20 %) Current consumption max. All I/O-modules are independent of the fieldbus and internal 50 mA automatically connected to the next module when snapped power contacts 100 mA (without sensor load current) onto the DIN rail.
