A AND MIL-V-62547A (AT) TEST PRESSURE: 3000 PSI SAFETY BURST: 2650 TO 3000 PSI EXTINGUISHING AGENT: HALON 1301 DESCRIPTION OPERATING PRESSURE: 750 PSI @ 70F The extinguishers are activated by a PRESSURE GAUGE: 0 TO 1500 PSI fast, solenoid-operated pilot valve in combination with a pressure LOW PRESSURE OPERATES AT 340 PSI released, large diameter plug seal. SWITCH: NOMINAL This method of activation greatly FLOW SWITCH: OPERATES WITHIN 5 MS reduces valve seat pressures and AFTER FLOW eliminates leakage. The extinguishers may be recharged SOLENOID DC after activation without rebuilding RESISTANCE: 0.9 OHMS the valve or replacing any parts. OPERATING After activation of the units and VOLTAGE: 18 TO 30 VDC agent discharge, valve closure takes OPERATING 30 MS place, eliminating internal PULSE: contamination of the valve and cylinder.
