CompactFlash Plus adapter card Octagon’s 2852 is a PC/104 Plus expansion card that provides a single CompactFlash slot. The single CompactFlash or CompactFlash Plus (CF+) socket is compliant with the CompactFlash Revision 1.4. These cards can be either Type I or Type II format. Both memory mode and I/O mode are supported. The socket has an ejector button for easy removal of cards. The socket supports both 5V and 3.3V cards. A CompactFlash card is connected through the PC/104 Plus connector as a PCI device and provides higher per- 2852 CompactFlash Plus adapter card formance than the 16-bit PC/104 Bus.
