While design of the products to comply with automated manufacturing processes continues, our people remain the most important part of the quality equation. All employees go through a six month internship before becoming full-time staff members. All employees are cross trained for multi-task capability. Using a PULL system, each station performs a quality check on the performance of the previous station.
