IP3023 Extended Wireless Kit Development Tools & SDK for IP3023 Network Processor The Extended Wireless Kit (EWK) for the IP3023 wireless network processor is a complete solution for the development of configurable, highly integrated, network-enabled embedded designs. The kit includes a suite of hardware and software development tools for the IP3023 which operate under the UnityTM integrated development environment. This platform is complemented with Ubicom’s core Software Devel- opment Kit (SDK), a robust collection of networking and communications-oriented software modules highly optimized for code size and per- formance. The core SDK provides functionality from the PHY layer up through the application layer. Initial SDK support for the IP3023 in- cludes solutions for 802.11a/g Ethernet bridge, access point, and router/gateway applications, along with general core networking platform support. The kit will broaden with additional embedded client application solutions in follow on SDK releases.
