Phoenix Passive Components HIGH VOLTAGE RESISTOR – HVR FEATURES • Metal film technology • High pulse loading capability • Small size • Meeting safety requirements of: “UL1676” (HVR37 and HVR68, range 510 KΩ ~ 11 MΩ) - pending “IEC 60065 “EN 60065” “VDE 0860” “BS 60065” • MARKET SEGMENTS AND APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY SECTOR APPLICATION SEGMENT END-USER EQUIPMENT Power supplies Industrial Power Motor speed controls Amplifiers Consumer Sound & Vision TV, VCR Monitors TECHNOLOGY A multi layer metal film is deposited on a high-grade ceramic body. After a helical groove has been cut in the resistive layer, tinned electrolytic copper wires are welded to the end-caps. The resistors are coated with a blue lacquer, which provides electrical, mechanical and climatic protection. The encapsulation is resistant to all cleaning solvents in accordance with “MIL-STD 202, method 215” and “IEC 60068-2-45”. HVR Revision on 2004/12/14 PHOENIX DO BRASIL LTDA All rights are reserved. GO TO SOURCE
When I can't find an obsolete part, I first call GID and they'll come up with my parts every time. Great customer service and follow up as well. Scott emails me from time to time to touch base and see if we're having trouble finding something.....which is often with our 25 yr old equipment.
