Our Process: Refurbishment

Industrial computer boards have all components with low MTBF numbers (such as capacitors and connectors) replaced and are washed in our PCB cleaner to remove dust and grime.

Our Process: Repair

Industrial computer boards are fully diagnosed and repaired by our engineers. Logs of the problems encountered and solutions implemented are recorded.

Industrial computer boards have all I/O connections rigorously tested to ensure that everything is working properly before the board is certified as ready to ship.

Our Process: Shipping

After photos are taken to document the exterior condition of the part, it is packaged and sent to the customer. ESD-safe materials are used to protect sensitive equipment on its journey.

Cell Computing Plug-N-Run Server Edition modules are ultra-compact System-On-Module components, based on the standard PC/AT architecture and built with 3” advanced packaging technology, which integrates all the functions of a PC motherboard. This reduces the design complexity of embedded systems to PCI bus I/O circuit and software design, resulting in fast time to market and lower development cost and risk. The standardized system board interface connector on the Plug-N-Run Server Edition ensures scalability of processor speeds, and the modularization ensures Bottom View product longevity. The PCI bus provides designers with a wide variety of I/O components, performance 0.5” headroom, and a well-balanced I/O and processor system design. Side View The wide support for operating systems includes embedded real-time as well as non real-time operating ® ® systems, such as Windows NT Embedded, Linux , and popular real-time operating systems.
