These high-precision devices are ideal for low-distortion audio, • Low On-Resistance (7.2-Ohms with 5V supply) video, signal switching and routing. Minimizes Distortion and Error Voltages • On-Resistance Flatness, 3Ohm typ. The PI5A126 is a normally open (NO) switch. The switch is open when IN is LOW. The PI5A127 is a normally closed (NC) switch. • Low Charge Injection Reduces Glitch Errors. Q = 1.6pC typ. • High Speed. t = 7ns typ. Each switch conducts current equally well in either direction ON when on. When off, they block voltages up to V+. • Wide –3dB Bandwidth: 326 MHz • High-Current Channel Capability: >100mA These switches are fully specified with +5V and +3.3V supplies. With +5V, they guarantee <10 -ohm ON-resistance. On-resistance • TTL/CMOS Logic Compatible matching between channels is within 2 ohms. On-resistance flat- • Low Power Consumption (5µW typ.) ness is less than 5 ohms over the specified range. These switches • Small MSOP-8 package minimizes board area also guarantee fast switching speeds (t < 20ns). ON These products are available in 8-pin SOIC and MSOP plastic Applications packages for operation over the industrial temperature range o o • Audio, Video Switching and Routing (–40 C to +85 C). • Battery-Powered Communication Systems • Computer Peripherals • Telecommunications • Portable Instrumentation • Mechanical Relay Replacement • Cell Phones • PDAs Functional Diagrams, Pin Configurations and Truth Tables Top View Switches shown for logic “0” input L6 ogicP7 I5A12 PI5A12 1NOF OF 0FON F O PS8328D 08/05/02 1 PI5A126/PI5A127 Dual,Wide Bandwidth Analog Switch 12345678901234567890123456789012123456789012345678901234567890121234567890123456789012345678901212345678901234567890123456789012123456789012 12345678901234567890123456789012123456789012345678901234567890121234567890123456789012345678901212345678901234567890123456789012123456789012 Thermal Information Absolute Maximum Ratings Continuous Power Dissipation Voltages Referenced to GND V ............................................................................................. –0.5V to +7V + -6 (derate 7mW/ºC above +70ºC) ........................................ 550mW º V , V , V , V (Note 1) ........................... –0.5V to V+ +2V IN COM NC NO Storage Temperature ......................................... –65 C to +150ºC ................................................... or 30mA, whichever occurs first Lead Temperature (soldering, 10s) .................................. +300ºC Current (any terminal except COM,NO,NC) ........................ 30mA Note 1: Current, COM, NO, NC ...................................................... 100mA Signals on NC, NO, COM, or IN exceeding V+ or GND are (Pulsed at 1ms, 10% duty cycle) ........................................ 120mA clamped by internal diodes. TERRIFIC RESOURCE
This company has been a terrific help to us (I work for Trican Well Service) in sourcing the Micron Ram Memory we needed for our Siemens computers. Great service! And great pricing! I know when the product is shipping and when it will arrive, all the way through the ordering process.

GO TO SOURCE
When I can't find an obsolete part, I first call GID and they'll come up with my parts every time. Great customer service and follow up as well. Scott emails me from time to time to touch base and see if we're having trouble finding something.....which is often with our 25 yr old equipment.
