PC/104 4-Axis CPU Board Low Cost, Embedded 4/8 Axis controller with USB2/Ethernet with USB/Ethernet Stackable and Flexible Architecture Highest Volume Controller in Production! The PMAC2-PC/104 is a compact, inexpensive version of the PMAC family intended for simple 8-Axis Stack Configuration embedded-systems applications.(The PC/104 is a Distilled PMAC) While it is PC/104-bus-compatible with USB/Ethernet (ISA) and PC/104 form-factor compliant is capable of standalone operation. The PMAC2-PC/104 can be a single small circuit board, or a multi-board stack for expanded capabilities. The PMAC2-PC/104 uses PMAC2 firmware and PMAC2 ASICs; however, its interface and connections are PMAC(1) style (Analog). Acc-51S – 2/4-channel The base board provides 4-axis stepper and/or servo capability with the following features: x4096 Interpolator Board • 40/60/80 MHz DSP56311 CPU (Higher speeds available) • 128k x 24 SRAM user memory • 512k x8 flash memory for user backup and firmware • 8-bit parallel PC/104 host computer interface (ISA) • 4 channels axis-interface circuitry, each including: Acc-8ES – 4-channel • 12-bit +/-10V differential analog output (filtered PWM) 18-bit D/A Outputs (True 18-bit DAC) • 3-channel differential single-ended encoder input • Pulse-and-direction output pair • 5 input flags, 2 output flags PMAC PC/104 • RS-232 serial port with 10-pin IDC header 4-Axis CPU Board • 2-channels of 12-bit A/D Inputs Acc-8FS – 4-channel Direct PWM Interface The remaining two boards provide additional 4 axes (8Axes total) and USB/Ethernet communication.
