Industrial Power Supply Type APC 5 Description The APC 5 is one of a range of power supplies designed specifically for ozone generator applications. In its standard form the power supply operates from 415V, 3 phase, 50/60Hz input and provides 5kVA of power at 600V peak to peak. Power factor at full load is >0.9 and efficiency is in excess of 95%. The Power Supply is designed using a half bridge converter incorporating IGBTs for power handling and robustness. Output frequency can be preset in the range 1kHz to 5kHz. The unit is normally supplied as an open frame chassis- mounting unit, which can be easily built into the customer’s final products.
